As Described; 4 heavy duty swivel wheels with parking brakes. Philips screwdriver with magnetic tip and mounting hardware included. They have heavier/thicker metal brackets for the price compared to other sets of all caster wheels I've bought in the past. Axles are attached with hex bolts with nylock nuts, not riveted pins. The ball bearing swivels feel securely closed and everything runs smoothly. Parking brakes are a plus but I don't use them now. Use these 20" x 14" plywood based rolls to store 3-4 containers (+/- 100 pounds) of auto parts in my basement. I'm tired of moving trash cans. Doing my part as other reviews have helped me in the past.
