I have had my original Nespresso from the Nespresso website since 04/2018. It eventually stopped working so I bought this one and it worked the full 5 weeks and then it failed. Tried all the fixes but it's just dead. Had to go back to Revain and they were great as always. It later turned out that the wands and internals just aren't strong enough to make espresso, which is the only thing I drink unless you pay the $250 price tag. So in this case you get what you pay for. Breville's at a higher price is good too. The buyer should beware of this.
