My wife used my standing mat. Now that she has this one and I finally have mine back because she loves this rug so much. She has a desk and stands at least half a day every day and feels very comfortable standing on it. It's a little smaller than what she used, but it's actually good for her because she's petite and finds it easier to step to the side if she wants to sit down a bit. Update from my wife: This is a great rug! I've been using it for a few months now and I have to admit I was skeptical at first. It was much smaller than my previous mat from a well known company. This rug is fantastic. It withstands daily use very well with no signs of aging. It slips very easily when you need it, but doesn't slide or slip in normal use. I thought it was too small compared to my previous rug, but it's perfect. Easier to lift to clean around and fits my feet and rack perfectly. I highly recommend it.
