I really like this product and have already bought 2 cases. In this latter case, the napkins are not "nested" so that as soon as one napkin is removed from the container, another does not appear. This is important for my blind husband as he can't see the next one. At first I thought it might just be 1 pack but when I got to the 3rd pack which had the same problem I realized the whole thing was bad. I would have just sent them back but when I got to the third package my return window was closed. I suspect the carrier would replace this case free of charge but I didn't have a chance to contact them so I wrote this review to let them know about the issue so they can make sure it doesn't happen often. It's okay, but 18 packs of tissues I can't use are worth writing about.
