I tried it for the first time with my good friend. We went with zucchini and yellow squash and used a fettuccine blade. It took less than 10 seconds to roll each veg and the noodles came out great. I have not tested the recipes but we have developed our own. We put 2 tablespoons of butter in a pan with some garlic and olive oil and cooked the pasta over medium-high heat. took the pasta out when it was mostly cooked and doused the pan with chicken broth, added freshly grated parmesan and then a mixture of cornstarch and melted butter to thicken it. I added the pasta back in and reduced the sauce a bit. This is probably the best meal I've ever cooked in my life and the easiest! Next time I will add shrimp for protein. I highly recommend this spiralizer, it's durable, easy to clean, efficient (almost no waste), fast and makes it easy to cut carbs! Actually I will buy a second one for my boyfriend I tried it with.
