On purpose or not? it shows 0.05% sodium fluoride (that was my MAIN goal when choosing this product). No wonder the price was so cheap! The picture of the front of the bottle is true. but don't you look at the drug facts to find it? Spring. I was cheated on. don't send it back for that. Interestingly, the bottle picture does not show 1X (higher fluoride content) or 2X per day on the bottle's promotional label. This would be a free giveaway regarding fluorine content. The bottles that were shipped actually read 2X.
