Review on IPad 10 2 BATYUE Generation Protective by David Gonzalez

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Wow! Great case + built in screen protector

Although I just got mine my girlfriend has had the same for 6 months and I've been using it on her iPad for a long time I think I can speak for its durability. But now that I have one for my iPad, I have to say I'm impressed. The body is very well built, rubbery material on the outside with a hard shell on the inside, built similar to the Otterbox but at a fraction of the cost. What I didn't know when I bought it is that it has a built-in screen protector. Don't be alarmed - I also thought it was one of those extra thick plastic cases that look and feel terrible with a gap between the screen protector and the screen. I even regretted the purchase when I realized it. But now that I have it in front of me, it's actually more of a screen protector in its own right as it's thin and seems to sit completely flush with the screen, although it doesn't really stick (i.e. you don't have to squeeze all the air out, it just flushes) . As with a regular screen protector, you need to *remove the blue layer* and make sure the screen is free of dust and smudges before applying it. In any event (no pun intended) it definitely works and I've been typing with the full keyboard in landscape mode with no issues, it doesn't affect responsiveness at all. Also, I just realized that if you like typing with the screen at a relatively small angle (like 20 degrees instead of 70 degrees), you can just rotate the kickstand on the back and since it locks in place, it wins. don't break down on yourself. This really worries me as I now have a third monitor on my desk that I can print to though. In general I am very satisfied.
