Review on On-Scene Xplorer by Ronnie Segobiano

I like it because its very easy use even as an entry level program; also has multiple options which makes this tool versatile in many different types or industries from construction management through public safety departments such as EMS/fire &amp Police services etc..

It's not perfect but there are some bugs here nd thar (not sure what they call them) so be prepared if u get stuck at times using your computer while working out side! Its great when doing incident response work where time can make difference between life saving action vs non lifesaving actions due too lack information during emergency situations.
