I bought these for our Dreo fruit dryer. Turns out they're also good for extra crispiness if you just use a rack instead of the original rack that came with the fryer. They make a very stable and well-made impression, but are a bit fiddly to assemble. Once you do this a few times it gets easier and most of the time we only use a rack or two anyway. Another thing to note is that the "legs" of the grates aren't very smooth, which means they can get scratched if you don't place them in the fryer very carefully. So far I haven't seen any scratches on our fryer, but I place it very carefully and don't move it on the floor. The grates can be a little tricky to clean depending on the type of food you place on them, but this can mostly be prevented by applying a little vegetable oil to them before placing food on them. All in all, these are decent cooking grates that help cook up crispier food than the grate that came with our fryer.
