Review on 🍚 [I'm From] Rice Toner, 5.07 fl oz: Hydrating Glow Essence for Dry Skin by Krystal Saddler

It's ok, but I don't recommend it for oily or acne-prone skin. The texture is nice and watery and I love the packaging, but after a few days it got me igniting. I wanted to love this product so I tried using it again a few weeks later and it flared up again. I developed painful cystic acne which sucks because I take so much care of my skin. I'll never get big breakouts again so I knew this was the product as it was the only new product I added to my routine.
