We bought 3 other pairs of highly reviewed headphones in this price range and all had problems. The biggest one was when my son would switch from listening to his phone to the Firestick on TV. The others would have a very loud static sound when switching that hurt his ears and the connection was spotty too. These do not do that! He loves them. I'm impressed with the company as well. After a few months a place on the plastic band cracked. We remembered they offered a warranty and got in touch. They sent a replacement out quickly and communications with their customer service team were excellent.
