FLOW RESTRICTOR HARD TO REMOVE
What should have literally taken five minutes ended up taking 40 minutes because it took 35 minutes to remove the stupid flow restrictor from the shower head. I'm attaching a picture of what the flow restrictor looks like after I've made it obey. I gave it a low rating simply because the flow restrictor should never be that difficult to extract. The instructions acted like you could use tweezers. Trust me, we broke a tool trying to get it. We had to take a small chisel and hammer out the flow restrictor.
