The worst buying experience of my life with a LG 35WN75C-B monitor. Aside from the misguided design that's been popular here at Revain, I want people to be aware of the darker part that's to come. What's wrong? The monitor charged and fried my Alienware. LG told me to send the monitor back for repair and they would contact the liability department for compensation. What happened then? It's been 6 weeks since I returned the device, the repair case has only been updated once. I received an email from LG saying they would buy the monitor back and refund me $560 once I returned the unit. How ridiculous is that? I don't have a monitor! I sent several emails with explanations and it took another week to reply with a line from Sheterrika Pettway. But the email just says s/he will check. Email is a completely one-way communication with a delay of days. Customer support over the phone is not even helpful. I've made over 10 calls so far, all of which have hung up at some point, either during a conversation or during the transfer. For now, with all the time and frustration. All I would say is don't buy from LG. My recommendation: don't buy LG monitors.
