I was hopeful the first time I put these Carhartt Boys Big Cold Weather Boot Socks on. The brown color was a nice touch and they looked warm and cozy. But after a few hours of wearing, my fingers were still cold. The socks fit my shoe size 9-2.5 well, but they didn't warm my feet enough. I had to put on another pair of socks to be comfortable on a cold day. On the plus side, the socks felt sturdy and well made. But if you're looking for socks for really cold weather, this might not be the best option.
