I was hesitant to buy a non-Microsoft replacement charger for my Surface Pro. Once on the Microsoft website, I found that the Surface Pro charger is notorious for its problems, and many people claim that they had to buy multiple replacement parts. Over 70% of the reviews were 1 star and to make matters worse they cost almost 3x the price of this charger at Revain. Also, Microsoft doesn't guarantee a replacement, and some users have reported failures after just a few months of use. I chose this product. The reviews were good and the price was right. It first arrived a day early which is always a pleasant surprise. Then I discovered that unlike the Microsoft charger, it comes with a carrying case, velcro straps to roll up the cables, an adapter that allows you to connect the battery cable directly without an additional power cord, and finally a one-year warranty! I would definitely buy from this seller again and would recommend any Surface Pro user to consider this replacement.
