I bought these specifically to dye for my granddaughter's birthday. She wanted to throw a tie-dye party. But it didn't work because of the type of material. It's a very good material but I basically ruined them because they don't take color like cotton and they don't shrink. I really love them but wish I had read the label before trying to color them. I would buy again and recommend the shirt and shorts but I wouldn't dye them. I will order another set
