Bought for a Halloween costume - so had moderate expectations. The quality of the hat was good but it was poorly packaged (came in a loose plastic bag with some fabric) so the hat didn't fit properly. Also: the inner label and inner hair combs were out of place (the label wasn't on the back, the combs weren't on the sides) - they faced the elastic and mesh. The combs/pendants/elastic bands required the hat to be upside down one way, but the mesh and loop required the hat to be 1/4 turn. when he couldn't do either. I had to cut the elastic completely and didn't use internal combs to hold it. Everything can be sewn by hand, but it is worth mentioning.
