Thin silicone but still works

The teether's "case" is much thinner than I expected. It doesn't affect overall usage and functionality, but it seems to be of lower quality than I imagined. My 8 month old loves them! I love them more because they have a harder time letting go and I no longer bend over 87,000 times a day to grab and hand them back. My lower back is happy.
