A small digression. Previously, I owned a not the fastest Android phone (Galaxy mini 2), got rid of the reluctance to endure freezes, brakes and other "charms", more than half a year the owner of a smart phone on WP8. Not so long ago, there was a need for an Android device, due to the reluctance of some developers to make software for WP8, although it is developing rapidly. The choice was between a smartphone and a tablet. I bought for a small price of this device and bought this tablet. And so far I can say that I am satisfied. My opinion about Android has changed. Despite not very strong hardware, nothing slows down, after turning it on, you don’t have to wait for an excruciatingly long interface loading. Almost all games fly, "problems" arose only in overly resource-intensive and some 3D games. The Internet is fast, 3G does not fall off, excellent connection even in the "deaf village", where WP8 refuses to load PDA sites. For Skype, of course, it is not suitable (there is no front camera), and it was not taken for Skype. An excellent built-in office suite that opens almost all documents without error. The battery is tenacious - it lasted two days on one charge, given that it shamelessly loaded it with games. Disabled a lot of "very necessary" programs - the tablet has become almost as smart as Windows! In general, if you have enough games, the Internet and office work - feel free to take this tablet, you will definitely not find anything better.
