Fragile winter hat best in my review

My granddaughter loved this hat and wore it non stop but when it got wet in the snow and it was put in the dryer, it came apart and unraveled.
She was devastated.The return date was Jan. 31st, but I wanted you to know what happened.I just ordered a new one and hope this one lasts more than a month.
