I bought this because I lost the original that came with it. I didn't get around to kneading the dough with a kitchen utensil because I never knead dough, but as I got more into baking I decided to buy a Dough Hook and experiment. The annoying moment was that even after taking out a little dough, the dough kept rising, past the hook nozzle, stuck on the spring and smeared everywhere 。゚(゚'ω`゚)゚。. But overall it gets the job done if you know what you're doing.
