I like how easy it was for me to get set up once I got over there. The customer service really helped us figure out our needs as they took their time getting everything squared away properly so we could have all of the bells & whistles! There were some glitches at first but those had been fixed pretty quickly by the team at Geoware. We are trying to improve efficiency in both receiving/delivery processes - from receipting materials through invoicing to providing better accounting data across delivery teams. It's easy to use for customers, employees, drivers, managers and anyone in general who has access to it.The program can be slow at times but not always. The customer service from Geoware was great as well! We were looking for an application that would keep track of our loads all over the world. This software did just that and kept everyone updated with what they were doing in their specific area.
