Review on CalFlor by Matt Schmick

My most recent interaction as a CalFlor customer left me feeling dissatisfied and angry. The home improvement tools I bought from them were of poor quality and failed after only a few usage, despite the store's assertions to the contrary. I tried to get a refund or exchange, but customer service was unresponsive and useless. If you are in need of dependable and high-quality home renovation goods, do not shop at this online store.
