Review on 🍽️ Panasonic NN-SU696S 1.3 cu.ft. Stainless Steel/Silver Microwave Oven by Brett Zhu

I read many reviews about microwaves before deciding on this model to replace my 10 year old GE. Didn't want too many presets, top browning, convection etc. This one fit the bill and was overall enjoyable. It actually works the same as my old one, so there's no learning curve. It's white on the inside, which I like, although the light only comes on when cooking. You can put up with that. As for hitting the power button multiple times to get the power you want as mentioned in some reviews, does anyone really cook at 20%? I usually use 70-80%. so no problem. I haven't tried the Keep Warm feature yet, but I like this mode. What I like best, besides the simple functionality, is how quiet it is compared to my old microwave. The beeps at the end are also quieter. . The only downside I've found so far is that it's too small inside for large plates, but it does a great job of holding a large plate and the defrost function seems to be for meat only, ie. can't defrost the muffin in auto defrost mode because it asked for the amount in pounds. Neither is a big problem for me. I'm very happy with the size as I don't have a lot of counter space. Overall a great choice!
