Review on Casablanca Indoor Outdoor Ceiling Control by Dora Luna

Every Casablanca fan we have installed in our home has worked brilliantly. This one is no different. We look forward to many years of reliable service. Unfortunately, the part broke about six months after installing the fan. Fortunately, Hunter/Casablanca provided exceptional customer service. I emailed the company to explain the problem and provide a picture. After a few hours I was replied with an offer to send a brand new fan as the defective part was delayed. The fan arrived within a few days. I'm sure the broken part was an accident - we have other Casablanca fans that have worked flawlessly for decades. Such excellent aftercare service only increases my respect for this company.
