Looks nice but small and a bit artificial
The areca palm is smaller than I thought so I had to put it on the windowsill instead of on the floor. I planted it in the planter. Looks beautiful from afar. However, it looks more artificial than the other one I bought from the store which came with a very tall pot (and was $10-$15 more). There is green moss around the plant which doesn't add to its realism. The store has a gray-green artificial grass that looks better. No comparison to the very large 'preserved palm' I bought a long time ago which has survived several moves.
