There are a few little aspects to master when it comes to properly inserting the headphones into your ears. At the moment, I'm connected to a Redmi 5 Plus. The signal does not stop coming through. And the volume is sufficient with some room to spare. If your phone is as old as mine, I would recommend that you increase the volume using the sensor that is located on the headphones. Otherwise, there will be complete silence.
