On time and the right battery. A small flaw, the shrink wrap on the battery itself partially covers the minus across the entire contact area, preventing the battery from touching the device contact. In this case, a note on the battery should indicate this. I had to take a paring knife and carefully cut the foil off the bottom of the battery. My device worked normally.
