I understand that like other Revains compatible with older iPads, this stylus is made in the same way. They all have different names, but they are exactly the same. There are some limitations that you should be aware of before purchasing this stylus. Rapidly drawing repetitive dots doesn't align well. When you draw tiny text, some of the lines disappear when you lift the stylus from the screen. Finally, since we hold all of our drawing tools at an angle, this stylus only seems accurate at 1) certain holding angles 2) when the iPad is rotated. 1) Holding the pen at an angle with your right hand seems to work perfectly. Left-handers may be unlucky as the corner must be mirrored and the lines drawn 1/16 inch from the center. 2) Believe it or not, my drawing angle doesn't work when the iPad is in portrait mode, but as soon as I rotate it to landscape mode, it seems to change typing accuracy in a positive way. I like horizontal drawing. That's all. If you buy one, try rotating the iPad's orientation and see if that helps. Be sure to unlock screen orientation in the iPad dropdown menu.
