Since the day I initially got the disk, I have seen that while it operates, neither writing to the disk nor reading from it is possible because the red indication flashes intermittently in place of the blue one. The protective system, according to the manufacturer's website, operates in this way when the disk shakes, but in reality, the disk is lying on a TV cabinet that nobody even touches. I've come to the conclusion that the disk isn't functioning properly, thus you should return it.
