Poor workmanship on the straps

I have worn this strap twice and the second time I found the strap was damaged when I looped it. The surface of the belt was scratched by the sharp edge of the belt loop. To prevent this, the edges must be beveled. I don't know if it was a production oversight or not, but it's unacceptable.
