Before that I had two boogie boards that lasted about a year each which was acceptable to me. I benefited a lot from this as I had a laryngectomy and sometimes I can't speak. I bought this boogie board which arrived last week. I immediately noticed that it's built a lot cheaper compared to my previous devices. It started to falter on the first day and stopped completely on the second day. I have just received an email asking me to contact the company by clicking on the link if I am unsatisfied. Oh what was my surprise when I followed the link and found that I had to sign up for an outrageous cloud service that has a fee that I have to pay if I'm unhappy! pay to report it! I just want my money back, I'm going back to pen and paper.
