I read the reviews carefully and noticed that some people say that the pillow is missing. I ordered them in women's size 11 D/E, which is about 1 size larger and wider. It's perfect. When trying them on, I wasn't surprised to feel the lack of cushioning in the heel. I have placed my orthodontic inserts. They fit perfectly and are very comfortable. I've had multiple leg surgeries for nerve damage and bone issues. I take great care of my shoes. I have found SAS, New Balance to be the best for me over the years. I only ordered one bone because I didn't want black or white. I can wear them all day. I change my shoes. I wore them for 2 weeks and found them a great purchase for me. I gave it 4 stars because there is no padding and my own issues make me not ideal to recommend them to those who want to wear them with orthotics. My comments are skewed due to leg surgery but I hope they help. I would like to mention that I have tried Orthoaheel shoes twice. I would never recommend her. I ended up throwing them away.
