The first time I applied it I could see instant results, It started lightening the damaged ugly brown sun-damaged spot! I have been using it now for over a month and the horrible huge thick brown spot is almost gone. It has faded so much that my daughter is totally amazed that where that despicable huge brown spot on my cheek was is now practically gone.
