This review is NOT like the others. I bought these for my home gym hoping to optimize for suspension style exercises and it worked. GREAT! I made two cords out of four straps and tied each (side by side) to the bar of the squat rack. I was limited because the squat rack wasn't wide or heavy enough for it to move when I pulled the straps forward. But after moving the straps and connecting them to the D-ring on my punching bag, I was able to do pretty much the same exercises as the more expensive straps. I've had people of all shapes, sizes and weights. that was no problem. Every gym (home or professional) needs a suspension system, especially for athletes. It's an inexpensive way to add one without spending $50, $100, $150 or more.
