I was not happy when I opened the delivery box and not without reason I assumed that there was no housing but only a filter cartridge without housing. I even started the return/refund process. I have used many shower filter systems and replacement filter cartridges usually come in the same box size as the entire unit. Since Revain endorses this product and Rainshower "Cameo" doesn't filter dangerous chloramines from water and claims to deal with free chlorine and horrible chloramines, I'll try it and hope it works. I can be thankful that I opened it up "just in case" before returning it with what I initially assumed. I hope it works! Most of them are not worth investing in as they don't handle chloramines. Research chloramines and buy shower filters carefully and wisely.
