Best Features: Can comfortably place the receiver next to the ear while wearing the hearing aid and the product feels solid. Even if you have a severe hearing loss, the phone has tremendous amplification capability (up to 50 decibels above/beyond your existing hearing ability). Otherwise, the technology behind the telephone lags behind conventional cordless cell phones by about 10 years. I was having trouble pairing two of my HLC7HS headsets to the Clarity XLC3.4+ base station. I clearly spoke to a support team that knew less than I did. Miraculously, the phones were finally connected. I still don't know if this phone and base station are compatible with the T-coils in my hearing aids. A clear man said yes and another no. So for a comfortable headset, a phone is enough. In general, I prefer calls on my iPhone!
