using polygel for the first time! This set has pretty much everything you need! I say ONLY because I prefer to use the E file with a file to prep my nails. If you have no experience with efile, don't rush to buy it! You can prepare your nails perfectly with the included file :) The instructions were very simple. Which is always a bonus. On the first run I prepped and primed my nails. I stopped using a base coat as I wanted the gel to really stick to my nails. It took me a few minutes to figure out the slip solution polygel, but once I figured it out, I was done. The kit also included nail forms which I prefer to use instead of the double forms simply because I prefer my nails to be much longer than the double forms. The polygels I used were clear, both pink and white mixed with clear. I also added iridescent and pink glitter to some of the lighter pink polygels that were also in the set. The brush that came with the kit was quite strong and fit me very well! The lamp easily cured the gel within the specified time. After polishing and applying the top coat, it was time for the nail art manicure :D Yes, you can use regular polygel nail polish. Yes, gel polish can be applied to polygel. Yes, you can also print images on polygel! Maybe at some point I'll switch to polygel instead of acrylic. So far it's as strong as my acrylic and a lot easier for me to do. The hand I used this on is my dominant hand, meaning I used my non-dominant hand to do all of this. I can't do that so easily with acrylic. Overall it took me less time than if I had used acrylic. On top of that the seller/company is absolutely wonderful, great communication and patience. I'm very happy with this set overall and thrilled that I finally decided to try this thing out! Ps The package came on time and NOT messed up!
