I have a size 11 foot and went with medium. They fit perfectly. I don't think they're the greatest for wearing with running shoes for daily running because they don't have quite the cushion I prefer. However, I bought these for wearing with my Keds and also for booties. They are the perfect height - not too short, not too high. They don't stick up around my sneakers so the no-show effect is good. They also don't slide down the back of my foot when wearing booties like some no-show socks do. They also have a small amount of rubberized material inside the back of the sock to help with slipping. They go through the washer and dryer and have had no problems with shrinkage. I've been using these for several weeks and not a single issue. The price is certainly right, too.
