Holds its shape nice and tight
I only had it 2 days before my baby was born so can't tell if it helped me sleep or not, I was in labor both nights. I've considered returning it but glad I didn't come to the post office to send it back, it's so much better for a nursing pillow than my pillow and great for lumbar support!
