Background: I've had laser hair removal in the office several times. So for now it's all about getting/removing new growth. I use it on the beard area - face/neck. I used to use handhelds successfully in home devices as well, but my favorite device, which was supposed to be used every 3-4 weeks, ran out of flashes. Product overview. This is my first experience with a device that you use several times a week, so I don't know what to expect after the treatment. However, these aren't the results I'm used to from using various devices in the past. I made it 3 weeks with 2-3 treatments a week and the results were poor. Not sure if this is a fair representation of the results as it is recommended to last 6-8 weeks but I no longer have the patience to continue using the product - not worth it. Yes, I have read the instructions and tried to follow all the suggestions. I was hoping that by trying different positions of the device I would start to figure it out. However, the errors were there no matter what I tried. So I'm done. waste of time.
