It's easy to set up both client side as well as serverside with wayknow now integration! The support team at WKNOW has been very helpful in helping us implement this solution into our business. I have no complaints about their service thus far but if there were any issues we would definitely contact them again. We are able to provide clients an easier experience when they call/email us through wayknownow instead of having to go thru multiple emails before getting answers from me personally (which was happening previously).
