Before purchasing this antenna I entered my FCC.gov receiving address to see if it would work for me. According to the FCC website, I will have strong coverage for all local channels. That being said, I also opted for a GE Pro antenna booster (also a 3-star device) just in case. Antenna and amplifier are easy to connect. After installing both, I did a channel scan on our TV. It picked up 23 DTV channels, including several NBC, ABC, FOX, CW, and MeTV channels, plus a few obscure channels that didn't interest me. But the biggest ones missing were CBS and PBS. I turned off the amp for fun just to see how effective it is. When he ran a new scan, he found only 20 channels, with some obscure channels missing. Will it work for you? May be. Probably no. I would recommend testing it. In my case I am returning the antenna and amplifier and am looking for something more powerful.
