In short. My daughter is 12 months old, she is just average height for a 12 month old girl, I have ordered 2T for an extra room but she is still not available. I can't even close the hem, I have to leave it open under her butt. I'm going to sew on a few extra strips to make it fit because it's so pretty and soft and comfortable.
