I didn't understand why the bell should go into the tail ball. The point of foraging was to put treats and stuff in the bowl and the bell takes up a lot of space for what you can use. it only lasted a few days. But it's been a busy few days trying to figure it out. I put in his favorite treat, popcorn, and he finally figured out how to hold his foot up against the cage and turn it even when I turned it really hard. she loved it. I also put popcorn in for her and she could stick her beak in the cracks and take a bite and pull it out, but not enough to keep her beak stuck. Overall a good buy that I'm still using after a few months.
