The backpack was beautiful when it arrived. He arrived on time. However, it doesn't hold up very well. The handles on the armrests of the backpack broke on the first day of use. I think it's good because it has a scroll function. Then the hand part of the wheeled backpack does not fold to the desired length and continues to expand. The tailoring of the backpack was poorly done and the outside pockets that could hold a water bottle are very uneven and won't let the water bottle stay inside. I will not buy another backpack like this from this manufacturer.
