I've wanted a filter for a long time but I've always seen videos and heard horror stories about leaks and problems and I won't pay a professional to install this stuff. I chose this one because setting filters works. It's literally plug and play. It also contains all the information needed to change the filters. It's built. The device itself is very stylish. No weird 3 or 4 canisters and one tank taking up all that space. I don't have much space so I appreciate the clutter-free product. Installation: I was a bit nervous when I started, but this guide is perfect. It contains all the precautions and many links to videos and photos of all the steps written very clearly. READ THE MANUAL. DO NOT SKIP / DO NOT SKIP. He is very detailed and will guide him through every step. I really appreciate that the guide wasn't just a link to a video or pdf download from their site. Much effort and thought has gone into the creation of the Guide. Please provide all required tools. It took me about an hour because I was careful, but I was able to move many times faster. Measure twice, cut once. I was surprised how easy the installation was. Details: The device is exactly the same as in the picture. Everything in one system and very clean. Filters appear and disappear. RO was very important to me. I think they gave an excess amount of tubes/cables. Big! I don't want less. There is a pipe cutter if you really want to cut. They also provided some adapters if your water source was a different size. As I said, they were thinking about the product and how users can have different situations, so they tried to reach us. All details are very high quality. Noise: There is very little noise when using the faucet. I'm glad to hear something. That lets me know it's working. Water: This is great water. It is so easy. Getting water from outside has a TDS of 6-14. I have 12. Tastes exactly the same (if not better).
