I bought this exact listing about 6 years ago and it was great. Extremely sharp carbon blade, smooth edges on the handle, never let me down. Well, once someone made the mistake of putting it in the dishwasher and it ruined the carbon steel. So I came back here to buy a second one as the first one was just perfect. Well as you can see from my photo this is false advertising. The blade is all metal, it's not carbon, it's very dull and does a terrible job at its job. In addition, the grip edges are poorly processed. The edges are rough and not smooth. I will return it and never buy again. I will also report this to Revain.
