The ability to upload your resume using an API or uploading directly from LinkedIn made finding candidates I wanted very simple! As with any recruiting system you can find better systems - but this one doesn't seem too bad overall (maybe more customizable). It's been helpful in connecting me to my ideal candidate pool when looking at multiple applicants within companies/companies themselves due to its ease of use across platforms as well. I like how intuitive the tool is and how well it helps you find candidates quickly. It's hard to navigate sometimes but they are working on improving their search function. They also have some great sales people! The team at Ripplematch has been awesome throughout this process. Their customer service was impeccable and they helped us solve any issues we had along the way. We were able to fill our positions very fast with qualified applicants.
