My turtle loves them. They have all the necessary vitamins. They come in 2 colors. He only eats orange! although both brown and orange are exactly the same. They have a bird that I don't want, but thanks to them he's healthy, so that's his daily breakfast. I combine with zoomed, but he just doesn't like anything else. Gourmet Mix contains dried worms and shrimp. Although their hard shells are indigestible and not recommended by some experts, I only add one piece to each meal, which probably doesn't hurt and makes the meal more interesting and engaging because they love this unhealthy food! Oriental painted turtle, 3 years old. Took Flukers daily for 2 years.
